McLaren revealed the McL 6GT at Monterey Car Week on August 14, 2026: a V8, rear-wheel-drive concept with a manual gearbox, the first in a McLaren road car since the F1 went out of production. It is a tribute to the M6GT that Bruce McLaren never finished, and it previews a production model due in 2028.
