BMW iX3 M60 xDrive: 603 hp, M Yellow Lights, and still 754 km of range

BMW has revealed the iX3 M60 xDrive, the M Performance version of its Neue Klasse electric SUV. Two motors make 450 kW (603 hp) and 875 Nm, 0-100 km/h takes 3.9 seconds, top speed is 240 km/h, and WLTP range is up to 754 km. Orders open at the end of January 2027, with production in Debrecen from spring.

BMW X3 M50 xDrive gets 437 hp and a Black Package

BMW has raised the X3 M50 xDrive's straight-six to 326 kW (443 PS, 437 hp), up 45 PS, cutting 0-100 km/h to 4.4 seconds. A new Black Package adds 22-inch wheels, black calipers and badges, and extra Alcantara inside. Both arrive in December 2026, alongside small interior updates for every X3.

BMW says a second Neue Klasse car enters production this autumn, and will not say which

BMW confirmed on 18 September 2026 that a second, entirely new Neue Klasse model begins production at its Debrecen plant this autumn, and gave no further detail. The same statement put the plant on three shifts and revealed 100,000 European orders for the iX3 in its first year. The car is widely reported to be an electric SUV coupe, codename NA7, badged iX4. BMW has confirmed none of that, so this is what is known, what is inferred, and how confident anyone should be.
