Rezvani Motors has revealed the Beast X, a five-car carbon-bodied hypercar built on the mid-engine C8 Corvette. The claimed figures are enormous: 1,560 hp, 1,280 lb-ft, 0 to 60 mph in 1.9 seconds. What Rezvani has not released is a price, a top speed, a kerb weight, a delivery date, or a photograph of a finished car.

What Rezvani has not stated
No price. No top speed. No kerb weight. No power-to-weight figure, which is the number that would let anyone sanity-check 1.9 seconds. No delivery window, and no confirmation of which C8 variant the car starts from.
That last one matters more than it sounds. Rezvani describes a twin-turbo 6.2-litre V8 driving all four wheels. The only factory C8 that sends power to the front axle is the E-Ray, which does it with an electric motor rather than a driveshaft, so several outlets have concluded the Beast X must be E-Ray-derived. Rezvani has not said so, and we are not going to assert it on their behalf. An eight-speed dual-clutch and full-time all-wheel drive are consistent with more than one way of building this car.
Every image is a render
The five images in the gallery above are the ones Rezvani has released, and all of them are CGI. There are no press photographs of a completed Beast X, no engine-bay shot, and no dyno sheet. The car is being reserved on the strength of renders and a spec table.
That is not unusual for a five-car project from a low-volume builder, and it is not by itself a reason to doubt the car. It is a reason to treat 1,560 hp and 1.9 seconds as manufacturer claims rather than measured results, which is how we will carry them until someone independent straps the car to something.
For context on the claim: the factory Corvette ZR1X is the most powerful Corvette ever built and does not come close to 1,560 hp. Rezvani is proposing to nearly double the output of a production 6.2 and then put it through a gearbox and driveline the C8 was not designed around. Forged internals, as advertised, are the beginning of that job rather than the end of it.
Where it fits
Rezvani has built its business on aggressive rebodies of mainstream platforms, most visibly the Beast on Lotus and Corvette underpinnings and the Tank on Jeep. The Beast X is the most extreme version of that formula so far, and the smallest run.
Five cars at hypercar money, sold on renders, from a builder whose previous output has been road-going rather than record-chasing. The interesting question is not whether the design works, because the renders are genuinely striking. It is whether the drivetrain claims survive contact with a finished car.
